Triathlon Swim Sessions, Coaching and Clinics
Our on site coaches offer YEAR ROUND coaching sessions, so book a week of stroke technique sessions, or just come in and join in a session. 1 to 1 sessions are also always available.

The site is the perfect place to combine training with relaxing. We have underwater and rooftop filming, a gym on site, and plenty of space for landwork. The relaxed town of Colonia Sant Jordi is surrounded by protected woodland and has access to some of the best beaches on the island for a spot of sunbathing or open water practice. With excellent bikes to rent just 50m from the pool, mountain or rolling terrain to ride and trails through the woods, it is an ideal location for a triathlon camp. And if you miss the city lights, Palma is only 30 minutes away for shopping and sightseeing.
Triathlon Clinics And Coaching....
Run by the BEST Centre Coaches, Matthew, James, Pat and Cati, all former international swimmers, we offer permanent coaching to Triathletes. Book in for a week of techinique or stamina work, or if you are in the area you can drop by and join in a coached session every day. Our swim clinics have been hugely popular over the last 8 years and for 2012, as well as our Year Round Coached Sessions, we are also offering 3 specially focused swim clincs: 2 Technique clinincs and 1 Open Water Special.

1-2-1s with or without Underwater Video Analysis
This is where we give you our undivided attention for one hour of stroke technique work. We also offer video filming from underwater and overhead. You will swim in your own lane with one of the BEST Centre coaches to maximise the attention to detail and give you maximum improvement
Available all year round
The cost for 1 hour is 50 euros
The cost for 1 hour with video filming and analysis is 80 euros
