1-2-1 Coaching
Welcome to our 1-2-1 section. This is where we give you our undivided attention for one hour of stroke technique work. We can work on anything and everything, including video filming from underwater and overhead. You will swim in your own lane with one of the BEST Centre coaches to maximise the attention to detail and give you maximum improvement.
