WHAT'S INCLUDED
The BEAST WEEK will comprise of up to 12 x 2 hour swimming sessions accompanied by dry land and stretching exercises and will be run by the legendary Pat Blake, well known throughout the land as one of the hardest trainers under the hardest coaches. It's not all about the hard yards though, Pat brings a fantastic sense of humour and sense of achievement to the poolside for a week of tough swimming and great socialising, while living it up at the fabulous Club Colonia Blau hotel.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pat Blake's BEAST WEEKS 2010
Sessions: The 12 x 2 hour swim sessions are specially designed for Masters swimmers or Triathletes of any age or ability. The sessions will include stroke technique and training sessions but the focus will be on maximum yardage to take your fitness to a new level. There will also be dry land sessions and you have free access to the on-site gym.
Cost: The costs for the BEAST WEEK are detailed above and include 7 nights of half-board accommodation at the 4 star Club Colonia Blau hotel, coaching and pool fees, and everything else mentioned above. The costs are PER PERSON, sharing a twin room. SINGLE ROOMS will incur a supplement of 120 euros.
Booking: Please use the booking form or email us to confirm your place on the BEAST WEEKS. Full payment of each BEAST WEEK must be received 6 weeks before the start date. Call or email us if you have any questions about the weeks or need any more information.
Cancellations: Any cancellations after payment has been received until the start date of the BEAST WEEK will incur a cancellation fee that rises as the start date approaches. Full details on request.
Transfers: Transfers from the airport to the hotel are not included in the price. To make your way to Colonia Sant Jordi, we recommend a taxi at the airport or hiring a car. A taxi to the Hotel Club Colonia Sant Jordi, will cost around 55 - 60 euros and taxis are available as you exit the main airport building on arrival. Car hire can be pre-booked and collected on arrival at the airport. If you hire a car, we have driving directions here.
Insurance: All participants will need to book their own insurance and show proof of insurance prior to the holiday start date.
Blue Water reserves the right to change the hotel and swimming pool in case of unforeseen circumstances.
