This section is still under construction, so please be patient as we populate the pages with information we think is important for you to know before you book your training camp. We will have a FAQ section which will detail all the questions (well, most of the questions!) we have been asked over the last 7 years of running training camps. Please take a moment to read through the FAQs before you come away and the chances are you will have a smooth and successful camp.
We belive nutrition is important and we provide our nutrition guide here.
We also believe a confident swimmer is a fast swimmer, so we will put up our thoughts about race preparation, visualisation and relaxation. Remember, butterflies in your stomach is a good thing; the trick is to get them all flying in the same direction.
Plus, any developments in the swimming world that we think are important to know will be included here. Having said that, the best way to improve your swimming is to TRAIN HARD!
